"My mom was in Solace Care for the last 5 months of her life. During these few months, my mom was very happy although she missed her own home. The staff loved her and always tried to entertain her. Solace is very well staffed with paramedics as the main caregivers, 2 wonderful cooks, maintenance worker and driver. The level of care is very good and professional. They always have a smile on their face which is important in tending to the elderly residents. The families of the residents are given reports of their vital signs and status of their health twice daily. This is very good as family members know what’s going on with their loved ones. Food is very good too-it’s cooked on-site and very delicious as the cooks were working in restaurants before. Another selling point apart from their compassionate and caring staff is the lovely house itself. It is very grand and spacious with an indoor water feature which is very soothing for the residents.
